WHY WE LOVE THIS COFFEE // In sync with some regions of Italy that have traditionally used a medium roast for their espresso, we offer a smooth and sweet medium blend, but with a twist. We use 50% Ethiopian natural in this blend which adds a modern twist to the traditional medium espresso. At our cafe it's used for espresso, cappuccinos and cortados: perfectly suited to the slightly floral, fruity yet smooth and sweet espresso it creates.
